Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 15, 2026 • Read how we safeguard client repositories and system configurations.
1. Data Collection & Scoping Information
We collect information required to build, scope, and deliver custom systems. This includes project specifications, database requirements, entity relation concepts, and contact details provided during architecture consulting sessions. We do not sell or lease client scoping details under any circumstances.
2. Repository and Intellectual Property Safety
All codebase transfers, API secrets, PostgreSQL database connection credentials, and cloud configuration files shared during engineering phases are treated with absolute confidentiality. We enforce strictly isolated development sandboxes and follow encryption-at-rest principles for any client configurations stored locally.
3. Systems Monitoring and Diagnostics
For operational systems built by Miyoit, diagnostics or error logs generated during support cycles are stored securely. Monitoring metrics, performance logs, and stack traces are only accessible by authorized engineers assigned to support the client's SLA contract.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our systems may utilize third-party cloud infrastructure (such as AWS, Vercel, or Cloudflare) and LLM providers (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI). The handling of data passed to these services is subject to their respective enterprise privacy policies.
5. Code Base Security Controls
Miyoit utilizes multi-factor authentication, hardware security keys, and encrypted code delivery pipelines. Client repositories are hosted securely on private VCS endpoints with automated dependency vulnerability scanners active.
